Shipping and delivery
Delivery times
The delivery time is always shown with the product on the webshop when you click on "delivery time" or on the delivery note. The delivery time is usually 72hours on working days. It takes longer for special products but this is always indicated, usually because we do not have these products in stock in the Netherlands. If you have paid by bank transfer, it may therefore take a little longer for us to process your order. This is because the bank needs 1-3 working days to credit the money to our account.
For a combination order, the longest delivery time is taken.
Shipping method
Parcels are shipped by DHL and PostNL. Small parcels that fit through the letterbox will be sent by post. KLK Distribute limits the risk of damage during transport by packing the products as well as possible.
Different delivery address
While entering your details when ordering, you can choose a different delivery address.
Not at home on delivery
If you are not at home on delivery, the order will be offered again the next day. If you miss this delivery too, the driver will leave a note with further instructions for delivery.

Sundays and holidays
We recommend a slightly longer delivery time if you order on weekends or public holidays. This is because we do not work on weekends and public holidays, so your order can only be processed on the next working day.
Our transport partners are also off on Sundays and public holidays so your order will not be delivered on a Sunday or on public holidays.
