Refund period
At whiteboardmatch.com, you can exchange or return an item within 14 days. You must therefore make a notification within this period while the product may be returned outside this period. You have 14 days to return the products after the notification. These days start the day after delivery of the package.
Reporting transport damage or missing goods
Upon arrival, check that the delivery is complete.
Transport damage or missing goods must be reported to us within 24 hours from the date you signed for receipt of the parcel.
You can do this using the return procedure below
Here it is important that we receive one photo of the packaging / product where the damage is clearly visible before we can start your request:
Return procedure
Log in to your account and go to "orders
Find the relevant order
Choose: "Return products" (you can find it at the bottom right of your order in the overview)
Follow the steps on the screen and complete the request, if necessary you should also send a photo of the part.
print the return label and form.
sign the form and stick the label on the box. You can then drop it off at postNL.
Please note
for parcels up to 30 kg, we charge €6.95 return costs - these will be deducted from your purchase price.
Please deliver the return items in original packaging, undamaged and unused, make sure it is well packed.
Once we receive the products, we will process your request within 5 working days.
Return conditions
We charge a €6.95 return fee for returning packages - this will be offset against your purchase price.

Please handle an item's packaging with care.
Do not write any texts or put stickers or tape on the original packaging of the item.
If necessary, pack the return items in a box to prevent transport damage.
Please enclose the invoice with the return shipment.
Problems with the shipment, at or by the company taking care of the shipment to us, are at your own risk. Therefore always keep your proof of dispatch.
Provided the above conditions are not met, Whiteboardmatch may refuse your return or charge a fee.
