Return period
At Inandoutdoormatch.nl you can exchange or return an item within 14 days. You must notify us within this period, while the product can be returned outside this period. You have 14 days to return the products after the notification. These days start the day after delivery of the package. We will refund the amount within 14 days upon receipt of the package, to the account with which payment was made.
Report transport damage or missing goods
Please check that the delivery is complete upon arrival.
Any shipping damage or missing goods must be reported to us within 24 hours of the date you signed for the package.
You can do this via the returns procedure below.
It is important that we receive a photo of the packaging/product on which the damage is clearly visible before we can start your request.
Return procedure
1. Log into your account and go to “orders”.
2. Find the order in question.
3. Select: "Return products" (you can find this at the bottom right of your order in the overview).
4. Follow the steps on the screen and complete the request. If necessary, you should also send a photo of the part.
5. Print the return label and form.
6. Sign the form and stick the label on the box. You can then drop off the package at PostNL.
If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging will be returned to the entrepreneur. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to try the product, we can pass on this reduction in value of the product to you. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is properly packaged when returned.
Returns Policy
- We charge €6.95 return shipping costs for returning packages - these will be deducted from your purchase price.
- Handle the packaging of an item with care.
- Do not write any text or stick stickers or tape on the original packaging of the item.
- If necessary, pack the returned items in a box to prevent transport damage.
- Please include the invoice with the return shipment.
- Problems with the shipment, at or by the company that takes care of the shipment to us, are at your own risk. Therefore always keep your shipping receipt.
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. These costs amount to approximately 7.25 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, you can contact us via Info@inandoutdoormatch.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after notification of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
Complaints
It can always happen that something does not go exactly as planned. We advise you to first make complaints known to us by sending an email to Info@inandoutdoormatch.com . If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil/ . As of February 15, 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to file complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr . If your complaint is not yet being handled elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
