Delivery times

The delivery time is always indicated with the product in the webshop when you click on "delivery time" or on the delivery invoice. The delivery time is usually 3 to 5 working days . Special products take longer, but this is always indicated, usually because we do not have these products in stock in the Netherlands. If you paid by bank transfer, it may take a little longer for us to process your order. This is because the bank needs 1-3 working days to credit the money to our account. The longest delivery time is used for a combination order .

As soon as we ship the package, an email will automatically be sent where you can track the order.

Shipping method

Packages are shipped by DHL and PostNL . Small packages that fit through the letterbox are sent by post. In And OutdoorMatch limits the risk of damage during transport by packaging the products as well as possible.

Not at home upon delivery

If you are not at home upon delivery, the order will be resubmitted the next day . If you also miss this delivery, please leave a note with the driver with further delivery instructions.

Postage costs

Free shipping for orders over €50 . For orders under €50, the shipping costs are always stated in the ordering process.

Sundays and public holidays

We have a slightly longer delivery time if you order during the weekend or on public holidays. This is because we do not work on weekends and public holidays, so your order cannot be processed until the next working day.

Our transport partners also do not work on Sundays and public holidays, so your order will not be delivered on a Sunday or on public holidays.
